§1 Geltungsbereich

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Käufe auf der Website von Farlique. Mit dem Kauf akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen automatisch.

§2 Vertragsabschluss

2.1 Online-Bestellung: Sie können Produkte in unserem Shop auswählen und in den Warenkorb legen. Ihre Bestellung ist ein Angebot an uns, einen Kaufvertrag zu schließen. Wir bestätigen den Kauf durch eine automatische Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir die Zahlung erhalten.

2.2 Nach Zahlungsabschluss: Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung wird Ihre Bestellung automatisch verarbeitet und versendet. Eine Stornierung oder Änderung der Bestellung ist dann nicht mehr möglich. Ein Rücktritt ist nur gemäß des gesetzlichen Widerrufsrechts möglich (14 Tage nach Erhalt — siehe separates Dokument „Widerrufsrecht").

2.3 Änderungen vor Zahlung: Solange Sie die Zahlung noch nicht abgeschlossen haben, können Sie Ihre Bestellung jederzeit ändern oder löschen. Nach Klick auf „Zahlungsart bestätigen" ist keine Stornierung mehr möglich.

§3 Preise & Kosten

3.1 Preisangabe: Alle angezeigten Preise sind in Euro (€) und verstehen sich als Endpreise. Farlique ist außerhalb der Europäischen Union ansässig und derzeit umsatzsteuerlich nicht registriert; die angezeigten Preise enthalten daher keine Umsatzsteuer. Versandkosten werden separat im Checkout angezeigt.

3.2 Preisänderungen: Preise können sich jederzeit ändern. Für Sie gilt der Preis zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Bestellung. Bereits bezahlte Bestellungen sind nicht betroffen.

3.3 Steuern & Zölle: Da Farlique außerhalb der EU ansässig ist, können bei der Einfuhr in Ihr Land zusätzliche Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer oder sonstige Abgaben anfallen. Diese zahlen Sie direkt an den Zoll bzw. die Zustellstelle Ihres Landes. Farlique trägt diese Kosten nicht.

§4 Zahlungsmethoden

Farlique akzeptiert folgende Zahlungsarten:

  • Kredit-/Debitkarte (über Shopify Payments)
  • PayPal

4.1 Zahlungsablauf: Zahlung erfolgt sofort nach Bestellaufgabe. Sie erhalten eine Zahlungsbestätigung per E-Mail. Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung wird Ihre Bestellung automatisch verarbeitet und zum Versand vorbereitet.

4.2 Zahlungssicherheit: Alle Zahlungsseiten sind SSL-verschlüsselt. Ihre Kreditkarten- und Bankdaten werden nicht auf unseren Servern gespeichert. Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt durch sichere Zahlungsdienstleister (Shopify Payments, PayPal).

§5 Lieferung & Versand

Kurz zusammengefasst:

  • Versand innerhalb der Europäischen Union und in die Schweiz
  • Lieferzeit variiert je nach Zielland
  • Tracking-Nummer wird per E-Mail versendet, sofern verfügbar

§6 Produktbeschreibungen & Garantien

6.1 Produktinformationen: Wir bemühen uns, alle Produktbeschreibungen, Bilder und Preise korrekt darzustellen. Für kleine Abweichungen übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

6.2 Produktgarantie: Unsere Produkte werden nach hohen Qualitätsstandards ausgewählt. Bei Mängeln können Sie das Produkt innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückgeben.

6.3 Haftung für Produktschäden: Farlique haftet nicht für:

  • Schäden durch unsachgemäße Verwendung oder Missbrauch
  • Lagerung unter schlechten Bedingungen
  • Normalen Verschleiß
  • Schäden durch Dritte

6.4 Vor Gebrauch: Lesen Sie beiliegende Gebrauchs- oder Sicherheitshinweise vor der ersten Nutzung sorgfältig durch.

§7 Rückgaben

7.1 Was wird akzeptiert: Unbenutzte, unbeschädigte Produkte in Originalverpackung.

7.2 Was wird NICHT akzeptiert: Benutzte oder beschädigte Produkte ohne Originalverpackung. Ware außerhalb der 14-Tage-Frist.

7.3 Bundle-Rückgaben: Siehe separates Dokument „Widerrufsrecht".

Bei einer Rückgabe eines Bundle-Angebots wird der ursprünglich gewährte Mengenrabatt neu berechnet. Der Bundle-Rabatt gilt nur für die Menge, die nach der Rückgabe tatsächlich behalten wird.

Der Erstattungsbetrag entspricht dem tatsächlich gezahlten Kaufpreis abzüglich des Preises, der für die behaltene Menge gemäß der zum Kaufzeitpunkt gültigen Preisstaffel angefallen wäre.

Eine Rückerstattung ist nur für ungeöffnete und unbenutzte Produkte im Neuzustand möglich.

§8 Widerrufsrecht

§9 Haftungsbeschränkung

9.1 Haftung für Schäden: Farlique haftet nicht unbegrenzt für:

  • Sachschäden durch falsche Verwendung
  • Direkte oder indirekte Schäden
  • Vermögensschäden

9.2 Ausnahmen (Farlique haftet):

  • Körperverletzung durch unsere Schuld
  • Großflächige Qualitätsmängel
  • Verstoß gegen geltende Produktsicherheitsvorschriften

§10 Datenschutz & Cookies

§11 Cookies & Tracking

Farlique nutzt notwendige Cookies. Analytics- und Marketing-Cookies (u.a. Meta-Pixel, TikTok-Pixel, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity) erfordern Ihre Zustimmung.

§12 Benutzerverhalten & Missbrauch

12.1 Verboten:

  • Betrugsmachenschaften
  • Massenbestellungen
  • Verwendung falscher Daten
  • Hacking-Versuche

12.2 Folgen: Wir können Bestellungen ablehnen oder den Account sperren.

§13 Verfügbarkeit & Bestandsverwaltung

13.1 Lagerhaltung: Produkte sind verfügbar, solange der Lagerbestand reicht. Bei Ausverkauf erstatten wir den Kaufpreis.

13.2 Versandverzögerungen: In Ausnahmefällen können wir den Versand verzögern. Sie können dann Ihr Geld zurückfordern.

§14 Änderungen dieser AGB

Neue Versionen werden mit 2 Wochen Vorankündigung veröffentlicht.

§15 Streitbeilegung & Rechtswahl

15.1 Anwendbares Recht: Farlique hat seinen Sitz in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten. Für diese AGB gilt das Recht der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate, unbeschadet zwingender verbraucherschutzrechtlicher Bestimmungen des Landes, in dem Sie Ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt haben, sofern diese für Sie günstiger sind.

§16 Salvatorische Klausel

Sollte eine Klausel ungültig sein, bleiben andere Klauseln gültig.

§1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on the Farlique website. By completing a purchase, you automatically accept these Terms.

§2 Formation of Contract

2.1 Online orders: You may select products in our shop and add them to your cart. Your order constitutes an offer to us to enter into a purchase agreement. We confirm your purchase via an automatic confirmation email. The contract is formed once we receive your payment.

2.2 After payment is completed: Once payment has been successfully processed, your order is automatically processed and shipped. Cancellation or modification of the order is no longer possible at this stage. Withdrawal is only possible in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days after receipt — see separate "Right of Withdrawal" document).

2.3 Changes before payment: As long as you have not yet completed payment, you may change or delete your order at any time. Once you click "Confirm payment method," cancellation is no longer possible.

§3 Prices & Costs

3.1 Pricing: All displayed prices are in the currency shown at checkout and are understood as final prices. Farlique is based outside the European Union and is not currently registered for VAT/sales tax purposes; displayed prices therefore do not include VAT or sales tax. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

3.2 Price changes: Prices may change at any time. The price applicable to you is the price at the time of your order. Orders already paid for are not affected.

3.3 Taxes & customs duties: As Farlique is based outside the EU, additional customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply upon import into your country. These are payable directly by you to customs or the delivery service in your country. Farlique does not cover these costs.

§4 Payment Methods

Farlique accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (via Shopify Payments)
  • PayPal

4.1 Payment process: Payment is processed immediately upon placing your order. You will receive a payment confirmation by email. Once payment is successfully processed, your order is automatically processed and prepared for shipment.

4.2 Payment security: All payment pages are SSL-encrypted. Your credit card and bank details are not stored on our servers. Payment processing is carried out by secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal).

§5 Delivery & Shipping

In short:

  • Shipping within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and other supported countries/regions
  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination country
  • A tracking number is sent by email where available

§6 Product Descriptions & Warranties

6.1 Product information: We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. We accept no liability for minor discrepancies.

6.2 Product warranty: Our products are selected according to high quality standards. In the event of a defect, you may return the product within 14 days.

6.3 Liability for product damage: Farlique is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper use or misuse
  • Storage under poor conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by third parties

6.4 Before use: Please read any enclosed usage or safety instructions carefully before first use.

§7 Returns

7.1 What is accepted: Unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

7.2 What is NOT accepted: Used or damaged products without original packaging. Items returned after the 14-day window.

7.3 Bundle returns: See separate "Right of Withdrawal" document.

If a bundle offer is partially returned, the originally granted volume discount is recalculated. The bundle discount only applies to the quantity actually retained after the return.

The refund amount corresponds to the price actually paid, minus the price that would have applied to the retained quantity according to the pricing tier in effect at the time of purchase.

Refunds are only possible for unopened and unused products in new condition.

§8 Right of Withdrawal

See the separate "Right of Withdrawal" document.

In short:

  • 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

For customers outside the EU/UK where no statutory right of withdrawal applies, this 14-day return option is offered voluntarily as a matter of store policy (see "Right of Withdrawal" document for details).

§9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability for damages: Farlique's liability is limited and does not extend without limitation to:

  • Property damage caused by misuse
  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Financial/consequential losses

9.2 Exceptions (Farlique remains liable for):

  • Personal injury caused by our fault
  • Widespread quality defects
  • Violation of applicable product safety regulations

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.

§10 Privacy & Cookies

§11 Cookies & Tracking

Farlique uses necessary cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies (including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Klaviyo, and Microsoft Clarity) require your consent.

§12 User Conduct & Misuse

12.1 Prohibited:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Bulk/mass ordering intended for abuse
  • Use of false information
  • Hacking attempts

12.2 Consequences: We reserve the right to refuse orders or suspend accounts engaging in the above conduct.

§13 Availability & Inventory Management

13.1 Stock: Products are available while stocks last. In the event of a sellout, we will refund the purchase price.

13.2 Shipping delays: In exceptional cases, we may delay shipment. In such cases, you may request a refund.

§14 Changes to These Terms

New versions will be published with 2 weeks' advance notice.

§15 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

15.1 Applicable law: Farlique is based in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence, to the extent such provisions are more favorable to you.

For consumers located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain applicable in accordance with applicable EU regulations, regardless of the governing law stated above.

15.2 EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§16 Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
